1. Who we are
CommVantage is a joint venture of bNetworked Inc. and Langsecure Security ("CommVantage," "we," "us," or "our"), providing business phone and unified communications services, powered by Wildix, based in Digby, Nova Scotia, Canada, serving businesses across Atlantic Canada.
This policy explains what information we collect through commvantage.ca (the "Site"), how we use it, and how you can control it.
bNetworked Inc. and Langsecure Security are jointly responsible for the personal information collected through this Site.
2. Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you interact with the Site:
- Build Your Setup questionnaire: When you complete our short questionnaire, we collect your company name, and, where you choose to provide them, your contact name, email address, phone number, and any notes you add about your inquiry.
- Booking a call: When you schedule a call through our booking widget, we collect the information you provide in that process (typically name, email address, and the date and time you select).
We do not currently operate a live chat widget on the Site, though this may be added in the future. If so, this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. Information collected automatically
The Site uses lightweight, first-party analytics (provided through our website platform) to understand general visitor traffic, such as page views and referring sources. This analytics tool does not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any similar third-party advertising or cross-site tracking technology on this Site.
Cookies
Because the Site does not currently run third-party advertising trackers, it does not require a cookie consent banner under most applicable frameworks. Any cookies in use are limited to first-party functionality. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so should not affect your ability to use the Site's core functionality.
If you are visiting from the European Union or another jurisdiction with specific cookie-consent requirements and have concerns about this approach, please contact us using the form below.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Prepare a relevant quote and setup recommendation based on your questionnaire responses
- Schedule and confirm calls or meetings you request
- Port your existing phone numbers and configure your service, where you proceed with setup
- Follow up with relevant information about our services, where you have provided your information for that purpose
- Understand general Site usage to improve content and user experience
5. Where your information goes
Information you submit through the Site is processed using the following third-party service providers:
- GoHighLevel (CRM platform): used to store and manage contact information, handle email communications, and manage booking requests. This is accessed through a licensed white-label of GoHighLevel.
- Microsoft 365: booking requests made through the Site sync into our internal Microsoft 365 calendar system for scheduling purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with any party outside of the service providers listed above except where required by law.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and for legitimate business purposes. If you would like your information deleted, you may request this at any time using the form below, and we will delete it within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons.

To exercise any of these rights, please use the request form below.
8. Contact us
For any questions about this policy, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, please use the form below rather than email. We respond to the address you provide, usually within 30 days.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our practices evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Governing law: This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
