Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of commvantage.ca (the "Site"), operated jointly by bNetworked Inc. and Langsecure Security as CommVantage ("CommVantage," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, including submitting the Build Your Setup questionnaire or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that "you" in these Terms refers to both you and that business.

The Site provides information about CommVantage's business phone and unified communications services, powered by Wildix, and lets you request a quote through our questionnaire or book a call with our team.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, quote, or contract for service. Pricing shown on the Site, including any "starting from" figures, is an estimate for general reference only. Actual pricing, terms, and availability are confirmed only once we have discussed your specific needs and provided you with a formal quote or service agreement.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our questionnaire, booking widget, or privacy request form
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site without our permission
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others

We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to bNetworked Inc. and Langsecure Security. You may view and use the Site for your own personal or business research into our services, but you may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose Site content for any other commercial purpose without our written permission.

The bNetworked, Langsecure Security, and Wildix names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe our business relationships and platform partnerships.

The Site references or links to third-party services, including bNetworked's website, and relies on third-party platforms such as Wildix (our communications platform partner), GoHighLevel (our CRM), and Microsoft 365 (our scheduling system) to operate the questionnaire, booking, and privacy request features described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or platforms beyond our own use of them as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues. Information on the Site about our services is provided in good faith but is general in nature and may not reflect the exact configuration, pricing, or availability applicable to your business until confirmed directly with us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommVantage, bNetworked Inc., and Langsecure Security are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to any separate service agreement you enter into with us for actual phone or communications services, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Our collection and use of personal information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our practices or services evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
